At Abalone, we handcraft our earrings to ensure that they're not at risk of breaking.
In the case your earrings are damaged, cause an allergic reaction, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please take note of the below:
- If your earrings get damaged en route/prior to or after wearing, please notify us immediately.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send us a note and we can offer an exchange in full or a customized pair.
- If you develop a reaction to our products, please notify us immediately and we will reimburse you in full. All our posts and backings are Hypoallergenic, so please keep that in mind when purchasing!
- Due to Covid-19, please make note that all purchases are currently final. If you develop a reaction to our products, please sanitize your earrings prior to returning to reduce the risk or spread of Coronavirus.
